Mindyarra Maintenance Centre Dubbo

Red 8 Roofing completed a full roof and facade package for the Mindyarra Maintenance Centre in Dubbo – a purpose-built facility for the NSW Regional Rail fleet delivered by CPB Contractors as part of the $1.26 billion Momentum Trains consortium contract. The scope included insulated panel roofing, built-up roof systems, a fixed-height safety and access package, insulated panel wall cladding, louvres, thermal skylight windows, glazed curtain wall, roller doors and internal and external doors. The main maintenance building spans approximately 220m x 70m and the facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
