Bennetts Green Retail Development

Red 8 Roofing installed the metal roofing system for the Bennetts Green large-format retail development – Lake Macquarie’s largest retail development in recent history. Built by ADCO Constructions for Spotlight Retail Group, the $65 million development spans 80, 000m2 along the Pacific Highway and includes major tenancies for Bunnings, Spotlight, Anaconda, McDonald’s, KFC and BP. The roofing solution was designed to provide long-term durability and weather resistance across multiple large-format retail buildings.
